At Field Coolers, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines your rights and our process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns Eligibility

You may return an item if:

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or defective on arrival

  • The incorrect item was delivered

  • The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item has been used, damaged, or altered

  • Original packaging, accessories, or labels are missing

  • The return request is made outside the return window

  • The item was damaged due to misuse or negligence

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email fieldsupport@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photos or videos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a fault, damage, or incorrect item, Field Coolers will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If an exchange is not available, a refund will be processed instead.

Damaged Items on Delivery

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images so we can resolve the matter promptly.
